Welcome to Aliya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

This website is operated by Aliya Manufactures (Pvt) Ltd. ("Aliya," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 259/40, Bandaranayakapura, Kalapaluwawa, Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka.

2. Use of Our Website

  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order with us.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.
  • You agree not to misuse our website — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with site functionality, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display our products and their details accurately. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
  • Payments are processed securely through PayHere. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Bulk, Wholesale & Corporate Orders

  • Bulk, wholesale, and corporate orders — including custom-printed or client-branded umbrellas — are arranged separately through our Contact Us page and are subject to their own agreed terms, pricing, and production timelines.
  • Custom-branded or corporate-printed items are final sale once production has started (see our Return & Refund Policy).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the courier.
  • Delivery is currently limited to the courier arrangements available at the time of your order; details will be confirmed at checkout or via our Contact Us page.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including the Aliya name, logo, product images, and text — is the property of Aliya Manufactures (Pvt) Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aliya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
